Lakehouse Vacations LLC was founded in 2026 to acquire and operate a small portfolio of lakefront homes across the Adirondack Park in upstate New York.
We are an owner-operator, not a property management agency. Each home in the portfolio is one we have personally chosen, renovated where needed, and run year-round through a network of local partners — caretakers, cleaners, builders, and guides who know their lakes.
Our guests come for the same reason we built this company: shoreline that feels like it belongs to you, even for a weekend.
Our approach
Owned, not managed
We own every property we operate. That alignment shows up in maintenance, hospitality, and how we treat the land.
Slow growth
We expand the portfolio only when we find a property that meets our standard. We would rather operate three exceptional homes than thirty mediocre ones.
Local first
Every property is staffed by people who live in the region. Our maintenance and improvements stay in the local economy.
Where we operate
Adirondack Park, New York
We focus exclusively on lakes within the Adirondack Park boundary — currently Lake George, with active acquisitions on Lake Placid and Lake Champlain.
